13" in diameter with oak staves, handle and rim. The base and ears are made out of mahogany. Made by Bill Sevrens (1916-2001). Severens was the first basket maker to glue a penny on the interior base of basket, it was his signature trademark. Sevrens learned the trade from Mitchy Ray when he was just 10 years old.
